Bella's first mountain run

Iain and I took Bella on her first mountain run this morning.

We left the house just as the last runners on the Snowdon marathon were running past so we had to follow them up the road before the turn off up to Y Garn.

Bell decided to run and say hello to everyone, causing a few issues - most thought it was cute until she had a go at some fruit cake at one of the refreshment points.



Anyway... we headed up the steep 2000 ft rise to Llyn y Cwn. It was absolutely beautiful and we had it all to ourselves.

Bella showed no signs of tiring so we continued up to Y Garn then descended back down to our house in Nant Peris.



Spent the rest of the day climbing on little Tryfan. Best weather day we've had in ages.
