Bringing the weather

I'm sure Mum and Dad think the weather is great here all the time - every time they visit they bring the Australian weather with them!

Had a lovely walk up Y Garn from Ogwen on Sunday. Feeling good getting back into the training but this is the most tired I've felt after the TDS. Iain is up at the Commonweath - I'm travelling up tommorrow to support him on his 100km race on Saturday.

I was supposed to run for Wales in the mountain races but found out 2 days ago that I am not selected because I do not have a British passport... anyway - will talk about that later...

    Fantastic photos, and particularly the ones of the dog shaking :)

    I'm v. sorry to hear about that passport issue. What a disappointment! Hopefully it can be resolved.
