Iain and I ran up Elidir Fach and Elidir Fawr today in what can be only be described as challenging conditions - the hardest part of the run, however, was convincing Iain to wash off in the river at the end to clean off all the sheep poo he'd slid through on the bottom paddock.

I might just be the tiniest bit jealous! Looks like a great run - far better than my plod through the muddy footpaths of Northamptonshire! Can't wait to get back into he Welsh hills over Christmas!
