Absolutely fantastic day! 30 mile blast on the road bike then finally got to complete Flying Buttress as no one else was on the route (last two times caught up with roped climbers so been forced to down climb). Great to do the last few pitches pretty much onsight solo in fell running shoes with moral support from Ioan Doyle. In return I think I've given him the fell running bug after the quick ascent to the start of the route and a quick little run off from the topout in fell running shoes. This really is a great place to live!
