What a fab day! 30 miles on the road bike in glorious sunshine then a cheeky little blast on Flying Buttress with Libby... a very productive blast where we soloed up then practised down-climbing roped up wearing our running shoes.
Then it was time to put on a summer dress and have a lovely tea at Pantri, Llanberis, sitting out in the sun doing my anatomy and physiology study...
... the day finalised by a late evening dog run with Bella on the Horns.
