Perfect conditions today for Jacqui's guided run over the Nantlle Ridge. Jacqui had never run in this sort of terrain before and she lapped it up! A lovely end to the run was running into John, who has taken up fell running again since I bumped into him in January! Very inspiring to see both of them achieve their own successes, both on this day and leading up to it, and proof that age is no barrier!
